1. About AIRVI
AIRVI (Agent Identity Registry and Verification Index) is a public index and registry of AI agents operated by Sigil LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Hampshire. AIRVI is currently in Phase 1: a publicly accessible, read-only directory seeded from publicly available information about AI agents, products, and services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using airvi.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Use of the Index
AIRVI provides access to its agent index for informational purposes only. You may search, browse, and reference listings for personal, research, or commercial purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or reproduce the index in whole or in significant part without written permission from Sigil LLC.
4. Accuracy of Listings
AIRVI makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of agent listings. However, information in the index is sourced from publicly available data and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. AIRVI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any listing. Verified and Claimed status indicators reflect verification steps completed at the time of review and do not constitute endorsement.
5. Submitting or Claiming a Listing
If you submit information about an agent or claim an existing listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the agent operator and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Sigil LLC reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The AIRVI name, wordmark, and index database are the property of Sigil LLC. Agent names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. Listing an agent in the AIRVI index does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Sigil LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
AIRVI and Sigil LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing. The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes arising from use of AIRVI shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

What we collect
AIRVI collects minimal data. When you visit the site, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used only for site operation and security. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. If you submit a claim or contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, agent details) solely to process your request.
Cookies and analytics
AIRVI uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage. GA4 collects anonymized data about page views, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings or a GA4 opt-out extension.
Agent listing data
Information displayed in agent listings is sourced from publicly available sources including company websites, product pages, GitHub repositories, and press coverage. If you believe a listing contains inaccurate or private information, contact us at hello@airvi.org and we will review and correct it promptly.
Data retention
Contact and claim request submissions are retained for as long as necessary to process your request and for a reasonable period thereafter. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted by contacting hello@airvi.org.
Third-party services
AIRVI uses the following third-party services: Google Analytics (usage analytics), Railway (hosting and database infrastructure), and Formspree (contact form processing). Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.
